Ordered online at 5:30pm, said it would be 45 min for delivery. Arrived 2.5hrs later. Kids and guests hungry and shop ignored phones calls from the mobile number associated with the order. Called from another number and they answered right away. No apology, they just said it’s busy. Didn’t care. Won’t be going back again.

Ordered take away pizza, chicken supreme was one of the pizzas but they sent a chicken cream. I let it go, these things happen. 2 weeks later we ordered pizza again and we ordered the chicken supreme… they sent the chicken cream. This time I called them and there was a bit of push back from the man I spoke to. He suggested he give a credit note for next time. When I asked if I could use the credit note for now and get the correct pizza sent he questioned where the mistake was their mistake or mine. We cross checked the email confirmation and he acknowledged it was their fault and sent another chicken supreme… they sent a chicken cream again. I called to give feedback and said not to worry about sending another pizza and he said I’m sorry I’ll get the owner to call you back and “arrange something for you”… never heard from the owner.

Such a disappointing experience. We booked for 5:30pm, order shortly after and received meals over an hour later. 2 tables arrived after us and finished their meals before we got the first on the table. They came out spread over 45 minutes with the kids last. The pizzas were all kids sizes. The receipt said all adults ordered small which isn’t even an option on the menu. Parents sharing with kids went without a meal because of the mistake. One young man was doing all service with a whole lot of young men hanging out in the kitchen. We were two families celebrating a special occasion for our sons with 3 generations together so very disappointing particularly because the older generation don’t go to restaurants much. We will not be returning and will ensure our friends and family know how poor the service is.

We were advised of a half an hour wait time, which is fine. On arrival we were advised our food would be ready in 5 minutes, we waited over an hour for a small very average bowl of pasta. Will not be returning, service is horrible!!!!
