Classic ramen is the best I’ve had. The broth is fatty & salty, and the pork is great. Sometimes the service feels a bit rushed but that’s because it’s usually very busy in there (because the food is so good).

Hands down the best ramen we’ve ever had in Hobart. What made it even better was the price and friendly service we’ve received. Although you have to wait a bit longer than your usual ramen shop (but not really that much longer), this was definitely worth the wait as you can taste the love and effort put into the bowl. So good, that we will be back before we leave Hobart to experience the best of ramen all over again.

This is really really really good ramen. I was shocked to see it was only 3.7 stars so I felt compelled to put my review in here to sway the balance. Try it for yourself. My favourite is the black ramen and spicy beef. Very generous amount of beef in the spicy beef. Only annoying thing is they aren’t open on Mondays and that’s a common day for me and my partner to want to eat out.
