We used to have sushi here but today we had a really disappointed experience. Came in at 5pm and has been waiting for about 40mins still nothing on the train, what they have got is the sushi left from the morning. Then we ordered some fresh made sushi and they are nearly falling to pieces.

Like most Sushi trains in Adelaide far from anything authentic or traditional but that is to be expected. The food is fresh and the quality above average. The service is quite nice at this Kintaro and staff very friendly.

Always a great experience dining here. Food is amazing and you can always request fresh rather than picking it off the train. Staff is nice and service is quick. Food quality is great and prices are reasonable. One of the best sushi chains in Adelaide.

My first time in one of these sushi conveyer belt type places and I was really impressed. The costing of various dishes was easily displayed by the colour of the plate, the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and layed out really well. Will definitely go back again.

I went here for lunch today with my 2 year old. The meal was lovely. I observed a customer telling the waiter that her food took too long to make and she needed to leave. The waiter was polite and apologetic; exactly how you would expect that to be handled. A few minutes after the chef who was in the middle of the train went to hand the order to the waiter, and he explained the lady left as she needed to go and it was taking too long. He was still very polite to the chef. The chef slammed the plate loud enough for my daughter to jump, and began yelling at the waiter all sorts of things; he didn’t do his job, he should have told him, he is not doing what he is hired for… This wasn’t an off the cuff comment, this went on for at least 3 minutes. He was so aggressive and loud. At one point the chef was yelling across me and my daughter at the waiter who was trying to clean up another table beside us. My daughter asked ‘what is happening mum?’ Which is when I packed us up as quickly as I could to leave. I feel so sorry for the waiter, and I cannot believe the chef would speak to anyone like that, let alone in front of a restaurant with small children there. I will never ever go back, this chef should not be working there, it makes me feel sick to this how that poor waiter was treated.
