Not much interaction from staff and avoids service, this store assumes every customer is using the app to order and food is delivered by the bullet train. The miso is overly watery and looses the taste, slow service even not busy.

Terrible place, straight away was pressure to go inside, my dress fell out of my bag because the chairs are so cramps while trying to get wasabi sauce and very uncomfortable, not one person came by to check if I was okay after I bang my head under the table while I trying to save my brand new dress which I brought a few hours ago from soy sauce! from the floor! All people are extremely rude and ignorant and only after your money. Plus smell funny inside the store. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STAR. I been to many sushi train with no issues but this one wow disgusting outcome and behaviour, hardly any food on shelves and no proper customers service. No compassion . What worse I hope my dress is okay too I brought for attending for wedding, I wish I never enter the horrible place. I will encourage other not to go to this one, there are better sushi train elsewhere and treat you better. Now I have a soil damage dress and still hungry. plus they pretend not to see you if something happens. Plus storm out and refused to eat anything after that, plus need to wash the soy sauce out asap because it easily stain clothes if stay on too long. Almost lost my voucher card too. Worse place to go. Extremely upset now

We came here for my son’s birthday today. It was a surprise and we needed a little help to pull it off. The staff were unbelievably helpful, they went above and beyond and even made and sent him a sushi cake on the express! Everything was delicious and fresh on top of that. Thank you very much!
