Tasty little gem of a burger joint. Contrary to other burger companies these guys make it look delicious but more importantly taste it too. Not overloaded with sauce, it wasn’t dripping with grease either.

Food was ok but it’s sad to say I won’t be coming back in a hurry the service so bad didn’t even get a “hi what can I get for you” when the lady took our order she walked up to us and said “yea?” Then I asked about menu items and she just pointed very very rudely at the menuad is I was stupid. Was very over priced $17 for one burger no chips or drink goes with it. As someone who works in the hospitality industry it is not hard to put a smile on your face this is very disappointing as it was the first time my partner and I have had a meal out by ourselves in a very long time and have been wanting to try patty smiths for a while. Yes the food wasn’t bad but the service really put a downer on our night. I very much think customer service training needs to be done and looking at other reviews it seems to be a pattern of the same staff member. Very disappointing.

I had the Swiss Mushroom and I thought it was great. I missed the Swiss Mushroom that used to be at Hungry Jack’s, so when I saw it on this menu I ordered it. I liked the chips, although there wasn’t any seasoning and would have been better with a side sauce. Live & Learn. Pretty expensive, though. Price alone was why I hadn’t tried it sooner. Plus I ordered online and it took a long time, like an hour long time. Overall, I enjoyed it, but there are still some issues for the place.

Lady who served us was rude. She told us that food on their menu (tv) was discontinued and gave us the same thing for 50¢ more. The music was so loud and we couldn’t hear each other. I then ordered loaded chips which is how its written on the menu. Was asked which one and i said what do you mean the one on the menu and she got mad. Pretty disgusting behaviour

Came through and ordered in store, the service is very lacking as it takes a while to even be acknowledged when in store. I ordered a chicken burger in a meal with chips, chicken pieces, as well as a Swiss burger.

Took over an hour to make my meal, when I tried to call they would answer but would be gossiping in the background, hung up on me several times mid sentence with bad attitude (i.e “whatever bye). Four different drivers canceled tonight because of how long they were taking.

Never had a problem always amazing food but tonight is a different story I placed ann order with Uber eats and it said it will be deliver in 40 minutes… well it’s been over and hour and the burger still isn’t ready And when I called to ask if it was ready yet the staff member hung up on me 4 times!!!! Not happy at all!
