Absolutely gob smacked at how amazing this place is, perfect for a date or just a night to yourself without the kids like me the staff are so beautiful and take so much care even the chefs put so much love into the cooking. Great Japanese food with an authentic experience! The Kibou sashimi plate was fantastic and highly recommended the chargrilled miso scallops. Everything else we had was also great (Teriyaki Salmon, Miso Duck, Aburi Wagyu sushi roll). Being newly opened it wasn’t nearly as busy as it should have been with the quality of the food and service.
