A young man who was serving was extremely rude, added unnecessary comments to my order, when I asked for half scoops (as I find the 2 full scoops is a-lot) he rolled his eyes and said “it’s not that much but anyway” when I asked for coconut milk same as my friend he said “ugh another coconut milk” I was next in-line to be served after my friend and he said “sorry I’m just going to serve her next and stopped doing my order” he skipped me and served that other lady. He also kept stating that it will take a while as if he didn’t want us to order. Overall was very judgmental towards my order and a bit rude, and made us feel like our order was a chore.

Really bad customer service from a young male. When asked if we could have half scoops and he kept saying it wasn’t that much. Even though we felt it was. But he keep pushing that he didn’t feel it was. He also served someone that had just walked up half way through us ordering. He didn’t really seem like he wanted us to order. Quite literally the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Bought two rolls, took a bite out of one to find it tasted like off rice, smelt the other one then threw them in the bin. Rice can cause terrible food poisoning if it is old or hasn’t been stored properly!

Really upset myself and my partner normally go to the red crane near the cinema every Thursday for a bubble tea but it’s been closed the last few times so we decided to go to the one near big w and was very disappointed. Was greeted by a rude worker who said they have never had vanilla milk (even tho I get it every week and it’s on their menu) so we got a different tea instead for my partner. Got drinks with the straws in them which is unhygienic and quite annoying as I like being able to carry it around unopened in stores so it doesn’t spill. Won’t be going back to that red crane very disappointed.

In time of a global pandemic, you would expect they would be extra hygienic with their food handling. The other day, I have ordered a smoked salmon avo and chicken terriyaki buddy meal. I decided to pay cash, the cashier received the money with her gloves on which is alright for me but what disappointed me was, after I have payed the lady, she decided to refill the freshly rolled sushi into the glass with her unchanged gloves, touched her face and proceed to receive cash payments again from the elderly lady next to me. I was terribly disgusted I had to throw the sushi out in panaioa that my food was contaminated. I meant to speak with the lady privately but I was in a rush and there were constant customer coming in. It is a serious health risk. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.
