If I could give half a star I would, the place was filthy, tables weren’t clean, bins were overflowing in and out of the shop and the chips tasted dry as if they were left in the warmer too long. If I owned that shop I would sack all the staff and hire staff that would keep my shop clean and neat.

The chicken was fresh and tasty, everything else was a health hazard it was around noon, filthy toilets in need of a good sanitising clean. All tables had been wiped and grease and smear marks remained on them. Seats needed a good cleaning. Won’t be going back there. Management need to supervise the staff and make sure the cleanliness of the place meets high standards.

After waiting over an hour to get into the drive-through, the chips were cold and soggy. The staff were rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. One girl seemed to be doing everything and doing it very slowly with no apology. We literally were stuck in the drive-through queue for over an hour. If we were able to, we would have left the line.

The most absolutely disgusting and filthy kfc in Tamworth. Raw chicken hard uncooked chips not to mention the most stuck up and rude customer service, I ordered one zinger box and had to wait 47minutes on my lunch break just because no body would have a go and do their job… the restaurant is super unhygienic and dirty Greasey floors just an overall disappointment. Minus 5 star review absolute filth…..

Do not recommend this KFC to anyone. They are extremely slow and unhygienic and the quality of the food is definitely not worth the wait. The workers seem to be undertrained and straight up rude. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.
