Had a 3 piece box for lunch yesterday and can say the chicken pieces were a good size and they where hot and fresh. Chips cold like most kfc restaurants. Service was friendly. Will eat at kfc singleton again next time passing through. Store was clean.

So messy. Floors are disgusting and sticky. I ordered in store and had to wait 25 minutes for a simple order for two people. Table were full of rubbish and not cleaned ready for next customers. Very very poor customer service. All out terrible. Will not be going back.

A good business owner and/or manager take’s feedback seriously. Particularly the negative feedback. Having read through so many negative reviews for KFC Singleton, it’s clear that whoever is in charge here, does not care. And we all know that the fish rots from the head. The toilets were atrocious. The tables were filthy (there were about three people using tables). I have nothing against having a staff of young people, but these guys have not been appropriately trained. Their substandard attitudes and care factors are learned behaviours. I can’t blame them. But management is to blame here and if they are so blind to the obvious, I don’t see anything changing to improve their feedback scores and comments. It does beg the question of how clean things are in kitchen if the rest of the place is unacceptable.

Walked in at 10:40 am 40 mins after they open, attendant was wiping down the front counter that had dirty marks on it with music way to loud asked me what I wanted had to repeat myself before I asked them if the music was to loud.
