Placed an online order, when we got there, there was a bit of a line up. When we got up to the speaker, the person on the other end definitely had been abused by other customers for the long wait time, But were absolutely lovely. When we got our food, we’d received extra for the long wait time. The person at the other window was also lovely. I can’t understand how others could abuse young staff for things out of their control. If you come to an establishment on a busy Thursday night and don’t expect wait times. Well that sounds like poor planning on your part.

Every time I come here it’s the same story….. At least 30mins wait time through drive through, they are always out of something, and the staff are always rude. It’s not because they are busy either. The experience at this place never changes.

Ordered a Giant Feast (valued at $49-95)Card did not register on payment device. Customer paid $10 deposit then went to ATM for cash balance $40 n paid at counter. Customer given ‘Feast meal’ but not given Solo drink or Coleslaw normally given at order window. Customer called X5 no reply. Call #6 asked for Manager n explained situation. Offered email ‘voucher’ to the value of missing items. Conversation ended. Customer called again after 10-15mins to ask when email will be posted. Same Manager/female said it could take up to 24hrs. This customer is NOT happy. Service was LACKING.

We ended up waiting over 2 hours for an order done on Menulog, it happened once before as well – there’s a major hold on our order and no updates on it. We couldn’t even reach them via phone as they just let the phone ring out. Will definitely be ordering from Redbank Plaza KFC and not here anymore as it’s always a horrible experience. Definitely need to hire more competent staff or better management.

If zero stars is an option that would be what I would choose. What a nasty useless manager. Was given incorrect order they would not agree that it was the incorrect order and said it was our fault that it was incorrect!!! Wouldn’t change it over to the correct order. Abhorrent customer service. Asked for managers name as they were not wearing name badge and was told I don’t need to know that. Other manager arrived and both said I don’t need their name and to get out of shop!!! Wow. Great work guys. How pathetic!!

Horrible customer service. Got looked at 5 times and ignored while waiting to get my order taken for 6 minutes. I’ve worked in this industry before so I completely understand it gets extremely busy. A simple acknowledgment and a “hey, I won’t be a moment” would have been more pleasant. Also if the manager is going to swear after a phone call has ended, keep that behind the back where customers can’t hear you. It’s totally unprofessional for a business.

I went to this restaurant the other night and witnessed appalling behaviour from customers, whether they were swearing at the staff or belittling them while they were working on our food. I just want to say thank you to the redbank plains kfc team because I can tell they are doing their best. My only suggestion is more management on the floor, more staff or better equipment that could help the team members do their work efficiently. It was evident that they were overwhelmed with orders and impatient customers. I believe that the franchise owner or the brand as a whole could better work on their social sustainability especially since it’s their employees who are driving their success. Will continue to come here more often thanks to the hard working team.
