I ordered the giant feast family box and some wicked wings, out of the box we got 2 drum sticks a little wing and the rest were cages I even asked nicely if I could have not many cages. Also they had run out of their coleslaw they replaced it with another large chips. I got parked also and when the kid comes out he said oh we didn’t have any Wicked wings so I replaced it with spicy chicken tenders or what ever they were your called with that hey and then walked off. The chicken didn’t taste nice at all. Was Hubby’s birthday night also so was very disappointed

Food here is good; it’s KFC! BUT, service is all over the place. One person we got was SUPER rude and didn’t confirm the order, so we went to the next window, checked the order & that person confirmed the correct order, then when we got home the order was wrong. The issue was fixed quickly with my husband calling them, but it shouldn’t have needed to happen…

Ordered on the app for home delivery spent $44, they couldn’t even get the order right. Called up the store spoke to bailey the assistant manager, he was very rude and condescending. Wouldn’t replace the item that wasn’t in the meal order. He said he didn’t care if we reported it to head office. Advise you to keep right away from this store.

The staff working here are very rude… while waiting for our order I went to use the toilet they are disgusting couldn’t use the toilet so dirty & used sanitary items in the toilet, went to the counter to let them know they need to clean them not one person went in to clean them they all refused….the tables in the restaurant were all dirty & floor… some extra training for staff would be a good idea

Ordered delivery on the app they charge more for the food via app. Food was inedible plus the delivery driver they used accused me of getting more than the one meal I paid for and he tried to open screen door himself, which he has no right to do. Reported to KFC head office and no reply. Paralowie KFC you need to cook better food and teach your staff manners.

Terrible, this place is toxic and the managers treat the employees like dirt i had gone in there to get a zinger box in the drive thru just not long ago and a customer was abusing the employee while a manager was just standing there doing absolutely nothing. This behaviour is disgusting then as the employee started yelling back at them she was removed from the window but the customer was not told to leave no action was done!!. I would not go to this kfc as they don’t believe in the rights and the food is terrible my chicken was hard as rock and the potato and gravy was sour. I threw my food all in the bin as i will never be coming back to this fast food restaurant AGAIN.

More often than not, something is left out of our order. This KFC is closer for us but we generally drive to Salisbury if we’re getting KFC, they just can’t get it right here.

Wednesday night around 9:30pm When we arrived the doors were locked yet poeple were inside eating and waiting for their orders, after someone let us in, the worker said to the customers near by to not let anyone else in and that it was drive thru only, I’m assuming they couldn’t keep up with orders as the worker was the only one handing out orders inside and from what I could see only 4 other people working.
