Ordered zinger bowl, hardly any salad, wasn’t provided with napkins or cutlery to eat salad with so reversed back. Then when we pulled over to eat they gave us a teaspoon. At least I won’t get indigestion… very disappointing

Always the wrong order. Lucky if you get half a chips and at least one piece of actual chicken. Gravy is water thin and all the food will make you extremely dehydrated. Col sanders would be spinning in his grave, not sure why I even bother with kfc anymore.

On the day of writing this I had a bad experience with a door dash driver and only received half of my meal. I went into the store and the 3 members behind the counter (Kai, Sian, and Alexis) were so helpful. They remade my order and apologized for the inconvenience. I know the pressures of working in fast food and these three were super helpful all the way. Thanks to the store for getting my order sorted for me and thanks to the team for really helping out. It was a large order so my whole family really appreciates it. Best KFC on the coast!

By far most incompetent KFC on gold coast. The poor underage kids are underqualified and overworked (and quite obviously underpaid). Every time I visit they’re in total panic mode and this results in sub-par food quality and frequently incorrect orders. I will be submitting a formal report to the relevant trade authorities to ensure everything is being performed as per legal standards.

Just had a kfc stacker meal through the kfc app, picked up, drink was warm, food was cold and chewy, was unable to return to have this rectified as we had already travelled the short distance home and im not going back. Advise to check your drinks first when purchasing the dirty bird have always received warm drinks from here. First time the kfc has being cold though would not reccomend.

Chips were cold from sitting there for an obviously long period of time, this piece of chicken was completely inedible, cold and so dried out I’m 100% sure I’ll be sick from eating what I was able to eat. Food isn’t kept to temperature and food is left out too long! Potato and gravy was also cold so I don’t understand how the food is kept? Or Why management doesn’t care about making all their customers sick from food poisoning! Should be sued because how many reviews are the same!! You do not ever get fresh quality food from here. Save your money and your stomach and go to McDonald’s or hungry jacks or red rooster instead!!

Unfortunately won’t be back in a hurry. Order of chicken fillets were not fit for my dog let alone me! So dark/dried out coating couldn’t bite it. Too scared to consume as worried I may get food poisoning . Didn’t return it or call as a bad review will hurt more than any ‘complimentary ‘ service that may be given. Hopefully this gets read. Order 9/3/22 5.20pm 2 x fillet boxes 1 a zinger 1 x large popcorn chicken 1x sm coleslaw Pepsi Max and sunkist……just incase KFC management read reviews!

This has to be the slowest place to get food… the staff have no clue and no drive… whoever is the manager should be sacked and replaced with a professional who knows how to work their staff. It would be quicker to go to the drive tru then park up and sit inside…
