Since it opened, we have been to this KFC, and their chicken was delicious. The best thing is Tuesday special is back. Please keep the change out of cooking oil to keep the frying clean. Their service is good and friendly. We will be back again.

This KFC is close to my work so I generally go to this one. They are usually good even if I can hear all their conversations while sitting in my car. The last 2 times I have been they have been out of chicken though. I understand it was late at night but when your whole brand is chicken you might as well close for the night and save people the trouble. They could at least have a sign at the speaker for drive in instead of having to wait 3 minutes for them to tell you they are out of chicken meaning you can’t actually reverse out and have to sit in line until you can leave.

Dinner for after work, got home order wrong. Ordered a large meal, received small fries, no potato & gravy, suppose to have 3 wicked wings got 1 very small piece of chicken instead. Tried calling but phone is turned off, even called another store & they couldn’t call either. Manager at other store sent an email for me so I can be contacted but heard nothing yet.

4 times pick up order, only one time got right order. Eventually they offer me to get free meal, but no way drive back there. Wasting time and my petrol. And from all kfc around 4122 area, this is the only one kfc give me false order almost all the time , their young staff chit chat a lot while organize your order that was why I got missing chicken or chips. Last time they put skin only instead chicken piece. Oh My..they are consistently make faults order.
