Drive thru experience was absolutely shocking just before. The customer service skills were absolutely disappointing, and the woman was rude. Thought you could honestly pay at any of the windows, especially after waiting for a couple of minutes where you are meant to pay and get drinks from and no one was there. I wasn’t happy to be told to drive back around to pay by card so I at least had the cash on me.

Ordered and pulled up to the window to pay. No one there, no signs. Nothing. After waiting a short time thought I was at wrong window with no signs of life. Got to next window and young lady says if I want the food I have to drive back around……wait in line again and pay at ladt window. Didn’t acknowledge no one had been there to take payment. Wont be back.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting a fast food outlet, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. My wait time was over an hour, which was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. However, that wasn’t the only issue I encountered. To make matters worse, they messed up my order multiple times, and I was left with the wrong items on my tray. It felt like a complete waste of time and money.

Week in week out always an issue and something missing from our meals that we ordered. It’s honestly pathetic to thing how the order can be messed up continuously… Would recommend any other takeaway service over these guys!!! Plain and simple atrocious!
