I ordered on the screen so had little interaction with staff. I asked for extra mayo in my burger which, as usual, didn’t happen! Is it really hard to slap on some extra mayo? Also, I thought these burgers had lettuce? I Asked for extra salt, I got that but they didn’t fill the box up to the top. The ‘regular’ chips is like everything else now, smaller in size but larger in price. Pathetic and it’s not exactly a cheap meal.

As we were looking for a nice dinner, we had thought of KFC and had decided to try it. It looked amazing in the ads. However, we purchased $60 of KFC boxes that looked fine in the images, and it was atrocious! It only had 2 pieces of burnt wings that were miniature, gravy and a slider. It looked very different and we decided to take a look at the receipt. We found out that half of the meal was missing and had to keep on returning the food to fix the order. We also had to wait 45 Minutes in line and didn’t get to do anything after eating because of the time it took. I couldn’t wait any longer and asked for a refund, but they refused. It was not pleasant. Never purchasing it again, it is a big rip off. Do not make the mistake of purchasing it!

I ordered 3 large chips with extra salt and whilst my chips were reasonably hot (for a change) the packaging was not full and there was no extra salt (this has happened 4 times in a row now). If the customer requests extra salt, you give the customer extra salt. It is that simple. Extremely poor customer service. Normally I will tolerate not getting the extra salt I request, however failing to fill your chip packaging is unforgivable.

Today I went to KFC and this young lady, I can’t remember how to spell her name but I think it was Amiie, and she helped me solve my problem and was very friendly and helpful. Very good customer service. So i want to give her five stars.

Couldnt fulfil all my order that was already paid for, refused a refund. No sognage anywhere to say I couldn’t get a refund for something they couldnt provide after payment. Asked to speak to a manager, staff member spoke to someone behind him who wouldn’t even turn around to find a solution for me, just a shrug of the shoulders. Asked to speak to someone else, he wouldn’t go get anyone. Very poor service, wont be coming back here

Went a few weeks ago. It seemed like they had trouble managing the orders due to some mistakes. Some lady was constantly complaining about how she’s been waiting for 10 minutes and then kept reminding the staff to make sure to make fresh chips for her. When they gave her her food she said “did you make me new chips? You didn’t give me those chips that have been there for half an hour?” I was waiting before her and saw her ordering, complaining and receiving her food. It was not half an hour – max 10 mins from the time she order till she got her food. Just hope they gave her cold chips.
