Google has asked for a review so here it is.. Today’s visit was an okay one. Better than other days, not as great as others. I feel for the workers as they must be under a lot of pressure. More training in food quality may be needed though as most of the time the food is average at best or old.

I never have a problem before buying hot and spicy chicken from this place. But, today I’m so dissapointed. I arrived home and open my box, the chicken were overcooked, so dry, dark color and even 1 of the chicken looks like has been eaten or taken. 3 of the chicken were stick together.

I did an online order for 9 people, when i went to drive through to collect they told me i had to collect from counter, I showed them my online order where it said “ pick up from drive through” they refused to bring it to window, I had to wait to get out of drive though and go in store to collect. Disgusting service and they always get your order wrong.

Ordered a large tenders box with 2 go buckets for kids and received 3 tenders the size of chicken nuggets. Half full large chips and 3/4 full packet of popcorn chicken. Very disappointing and its not the first time the chips were like this. Ripped off again .

Food was eatable it ws fresh and hot although for some unknown reson the tenders in my wife’s meal were somewhat smaller than my pinky finger they were actually smaller than a nugget! And they had no popcorn chicken so they gave her 3 yes 3 mashies instead I assume that potato is much more expensive than chicken.

Although I would prefer not to give them a one-star rating, I feel obligated to do so for this review. After waiting for over a minute at the order box without a response, we approached the window to place our order. However, the lady at the window refused to take our order and instructed us to go back to the end of the line. Despite our attempts, both the manager and the lady at the first window were unhelpful and displayed rude behavior. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and will not return.
