We don’t eat a lot of takeaway food, but when I get a craving for it , we go to KFC. The girl was quick in serving us, the tables were clean and bins were not overflowing. We ordered the Zinger box, which consists of a small potato and mash, chips (which were little cold), a Zinger burger, ( which was nice) and 3 spicy wings (which were really crispy ). We also had a extra 2 pieces ( 1 was really big and dry and the other was very small )…

Recent visit to this store with my husband for a quick lunch together. Although they didn’t have the correct chicken fillet to make my burger, they did supplement it. The staff were friendly, the food was average, but a bit dry. The gravy was lacking on the potato and gravy we still enjoying the visit The gardens are looking nice currently also.

On Friday 21st of July, at 12:00pm I was in a rush to get lunch and I decided to go to KFC Earlville for a quick munch and the blonde girl on window 1 made my visit fabulous with her amazing customer service, upholding the meaning of fast food. I believe the girl’s name is Jaz. She deserves a recognition, a pay raise, or promotion because we need more servicing skills like hers.

Giving 3 stars because I usually don’t have an issue with this KFC but went through drive through last week. We drove off after receiving our order but always park to check if we got everything. We were missing 6pk wicked wings and regular chips. Took our order and receipt into the store and spoke to a young girl at the counter. She didn’t even greet us or say anything after we showed her our receipt and the items missing.
