Ordered online for the first time. Easy process for ordering and pick up. Nice clean restaurant at the time. Recieved order in few minutes of arriving. Had pressed ‘arrived in restaurant’ button while a few minutes away from getting there. Note to staff: A smile goes a long way

This is the best KFC I have been to. The staff are really friendly. Usually I go through the drive thru but this time I went in to the shop for a takeaway order I had done on the app. There is a screen where you can see what order they are up to. The staff are communicating with each other to make sure the orders are correct. The staff member made sure my sauce was in my bag without me asking. I would travel a little bit further to go to this KFC.

Staff should learn to count. We ordered 10 pieces of chicken & received 9. The chips were cold. The specials apply to one person only. You can’t have original & spicy chicken if you order a 10 piece pack. Dissatisfied, Disappointed & DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is 2nd time I ordered meal things were missing, when u go to drive thru they do put receipt, it’s good they give voucher, but when u go home n kids are waiting for something which is not there. That’s not good, kids will have less food.

Wow! The longest wait I’ve ever had for KFC! Took 20mins waiting for food. This was on a Wednesday evening. Seems like people ordering online and via uber eats etc were getting served but those in drive-thru and walking in waited for ages

The management should be sacked! Waiting an hour and a half for “FAST FOOD” is an absolute joke! I would have asked for my money back if I had ordered in store not on the app.
