A nice KFC outlet to dine at. There are plenty of comfy booths available and the pleasant wall art is an added bonus to the dining experience here. We ordered wicked wings and they were BOMB – juicy, tender, crispy and flavour-packed. Finger lickin’ good!

KFC really need to do something about the waiting line in the drive thru. There is an exit right next a drive bay where cars can easily cut in line from the back. If you drive around red rooster you can skip the queue of car lanes to enter the KFC drive thru. Somebody cut in line again, this happens twice a week. So this time I notified the pay window and the food window but they said “we aren’t responsible we shouldn’t help you”.

Gone here two Thursday nights in a row (seemingly the same staff). Both times service was incredibly slow with waiting for 25 minutes for only three meals, only to get home with one meal being completely wrong and without any sauces we got. Feels like it’s not that hard to just pick up the pace a little. Just wanted to be slightly satisfied with my meal when i dropped $50 at KFC

The problem is that despite having so so much land in Oz. All the outlets are cramped into this precinct causing traffic chaos and frustration. We dread coming into that car park. Must relocate like the US to an individual outlet. Food is good. Service good. Restaurant ambience, non friendly.

The third occasion that I have visited this store. This is the third time the external lights on the store have been completely off. The store was pitch black from the outside but was clearly serving customers and operational. The service here is appalling, the store a mess, and discarded food items throughout the store.

Looks like they are closed…no lights in front of the shop…7.30pm. Staff are too busy ignoring walk in customers..turning blind eye to customers in shop. Unfriendly and show it openly..kicking empty kfc boxes lying on floor and giving incorrect orders. Not pleasant atmosphere..
