Only had a small 9rder of 6 Nugent’s, chips and potatoes and gravy. Had to wait 30 mins. The service was very slow and the young boy on front counter did not say please or thankyou. Did not smile at all and looked like he really did not want to be there. The shop was full but service showed no urgency, would of been easier if ticket serving system was working. Even when I got my food the older boy supervising(red hair) could not even say sorry or acknowledge me.

Just payed 26 bucks for a stacker box with 3 hot and crispy. Well the burger was good and hot hot and crispy was luke warm at best and soggy, chips were warm no seasoning all except the burger was binned.

Ordered Christmas in July Feast through the App, when I arrived had to wait 20 mins. No Popcorn Chicken or Nuggets were put in my order. Son was very disappointed. Staff were nice but a bit flustered.

The food was so fresh!! Didn’t make me feel sick afterwards. Staff were polite. Toilets soooo clean!! Happy with overall service. Some very sun burnt folk came in complaining it was hot inside when it was not. Staff handled them well without escalating situation.
