Service was poor. Terrible attitude from the staff, rude and sloppy. No one was at the front of the shop. Food wasn’t as in description as sauce was missing, chips has no chicken salt. Wrong drink was provided – as they couldn’t follow instructions. Bag was oily. They shoved everything in one bag which damaged the container of potato and gravy. Poor management and Terrible customer service.

Horrible experience,rude staff,dirty floors, dirty tables,I actually took photos & wrote a review on the KFC site & waiting for a manger to contact me,as I requested that option…that will probably never happen.Can’t get a bacon fillet burger because of some Muslim believe,what about the thousands of other people that visit, who love bacon…in area’s with alot of Indians do KFC sell curry chicken burgers…I don’t think so…KFC need to rethink there decisions.. American business in Australia telling us what we want…sad story…

I had the worst experience there of my life tonight. No joke, they hire slow little teenagers who doesn’t even know what they are doing. I was being nice to the young worker by telling him to take his time, don’t stress and that he is doing well. But when I went to ask for the free bottle of soft drink after giving them a positive feedback on the app, he refused to give it to me and said “I’m sorry but I have to do these customer orders”. That is not an excuse mate. He just wanted to avoid me because he didn’t know what he was doing. Then he turns to another customer lady and tells her sorry for the wait when it’s me he should be apologise to since I waited before her for over 40 minutes. Then he decides that it is ok to give another lady her order and she only waited 5 minutes patiently for her order. The problem with him was he was jumping from places to places trying to avoid me and worry more about the silly online orders. This is not acceptable. Work is work no matter how old you are and I will be making a complaint for ignoring. I’m a customer too, you know and I will not be treated in a disrespectful manner by little children who doesn’t have any experience on the job whatsoever. I want a refund also since the food tasted extremely horrible. I can’t believe after being nice, I felt like I got punched in the guts. I’ll just stick with the complaint. How pathetic, rude and extremely strange behaviour. You should be very embarrassed.

i orderd for take away around 8:55pm zinger burger meal box then i went to counter amd asked for the fresh order they said you will get fresh one but after 15 minutes tgey give me cold order and not a zinger burger , even in burger there was a chicken piece that was cold as well . chips was cold . that was really disappointing experience at this branch .. i always had a craving for KFC but that was really disappointing. i am editing this one again after 30 minutes waiting they said to replace the order with fresh one but after waiting so long when i came to the counter they said we are closed abd we forget your order .. rubbish

The tables aren’t clean. The workers work as if they are half asleep and couldn’t be bothered. Uber driver was waiting around for two seperate orders, so the first one is cold as ice by the time he left. Not really KFCs fault but does tell you to never order uber. We waited 20 minutes for our basic meal. The app wouldn’t work and the staff offered no suggestion except to restart the app and try again, because the items are only available via the app (no backup option. For the staff to place our order). My burger came out dangerously cold. When it was replaced, it smells like a dumpster fire. Our sauces were missing and I had to wait a couple minutes just to get the sauces were ordered. This place is a cesspool of below-averageness and mediocrity.

I’m giving this rating just for the fact you guys are 100% halal! However I am annoyed at the fact our order wasn’t correct! Giant feast( we requested no breast prices and only thigh and legs- the bucket was full of Breast pieces) the chicken, chips & wicked wings were not fresh at all, and extremely oily, the oil was dripping from the bottom of the bucket. I don’t know if I will bother to come here again tbh.

Ordered two zinger boxes, which has a medium rare burger. The chicken pie was cold when I took a bite(ordered 5 mins). I was so lucky that I found this issue before kids or they may be inflected by the deadly salmonella!
