Brought a bucket meal tried to do an add on but was charged full price young girl had no idea get our order chips were cold l did complain more senior girl was rude & talking about us where we could hear & see her whatever. then We had to ask for our drinks & coleslaw it was just slid over no sorry what so ever your staff need better training

Very fast, friendly and efficient customer service. I ordered the Large 3 piece box and only waited about 5 minutes or so for my order to be ready. It’s a medium sized store with lots of booths and moderately comfortable seating. I did noticed that the public restrooms had caution tape across them and were closed for repairs. Otherwise, nothing to really complain about.

The place was packed with cars back up onto the highway. The meals were missing cutlery and dipping sauce, the toilets were closed. There was a queue of people out the door and about 25 orders being worked on at a time. Australia day long weekend though so not the typically lunch run.
