We just ordered 2 x zinger bacon and cheese burgers, the service was slow and we had to wait for them to be made fresh. So we would have expected them to be great.

Waited 40 mins dine in takeaway with another 20 people, but it wasn’t due to staff being understaffed they were simply prioritising drive thru making people inside wait over half an hour. We were only waiting for 2 burger meals, was ridiculous. When we eventually got the food the chips were undercooked, super super soggy, cold and uneatable. When we asked the manager why it took so long and why they were not serving all of the people inside she was rude and had no excuse. Was also disgusting inside, dirty with rubbish everywhere. Will never ever go here again and would not recommend it

Quite busy with the drive thru business, but eating in the restaurant itself….? All the tables were oily, no napkins at the front counter, and I ordered a three piece box with potato and gravy, but no napkins or spoon in the box.

Waited 45 minutes from point of order for food and the chips were cold. Drive thru had priority over customers waiting on store as the drive thru kept rolling though while 15 people inside were kept waiting for 45 minutes each.

Just went through the drive thru 12:15pm. Asked for sauce at the speaker box and also at the first window when we got our drinks was assured that our sweet and sour sauce would be given to us at the next window, was given our food didn’t look in the bag because didn’t feel the need to. On our way home we noticed that they weren’t in the bag! Also we ordered 6 wicked wings which we found were also not in the bag. NOT HAPPY AS THIS IS OUR THIRD TIME THAT WE’VE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE. Tried to phone them before making this review but no answer.

9 times out of 10 when I order from this particular kfc, (Arundel) the order is either wrong with items missing or the food quality is terrible or the chips are still white and extremely undercooked and no salt at all even though I have asked for extra salt!
