Tried KFC from 5 countries, here its better than in Ireland.Had there chicken popcorn, orginal fried chicken, zinger burger, chips, mashed potato gravy, pepsi slushy and chicken strips. Kindly check whether all items you payed are in the pack at the till itself,missing of products is very common. One of my order was missing, but the gentle man at the till quickly gave the item.Please Do scan the bar code on the receipt and attend the online survey, once you successfully complete that a code will be generated so you can write down it on the receipt and get 600ml drink free for your next purchase above 5$.

I wouldn’t bother ordering food from Albany KFC if you ask for a request any requests like to get fresh chips they will not do so as I asked for no salt and fresh chips and got given the chips waiting there going cold with very salting chips and didn’t even get three original tender or any napkins as the people there were way to busy talking and not worrying about the service as I waited in line for only two people ahead of me for half hour and no orders on their screen

Still can’t get orders correct, even after it is repeated correctly back. EVERY time we go through drive through the service is polite but there’s ALWAYS something missing or just get a wrong order completely. It’s not that hard to read a screen correctly and get an order in place. No point going in to store to order because you are left standing there waiting to be served for up to 10-15 minutes with no other customers around. Been going downhill for a while.

I’m a local and don’t go here anymore. Over food missing when you get home, the chips being cold and over cooked with way to much salt. Not to mention the amount of times we’ve ordered a zinger and been given original recipe burger but wrapped in a zinger wrapper. The person at the front counter is appalling, works so slow during busy periods and as soon as someone else comes everything goes 10x faster. Also with the worst attitude when ordering and when you ask a simple question.

We went through the drive through and ordered for three people, the food was OK standard. The issue was when we picked up our food which cost us about $45 and we asked for a number of salt packets and pepper packets for our meals. The person who identified as manager told us that they don’t have and handout those anymore because that’s policy and that too much salt is not good for our health.

Matilda who works the front counter has very poor work standards, I don’t really think she wants to work there, watching her work is like watching a sloth, so slow and has no sense of time management, she called someone from the back who was 10 times faster then her and very efficient, while that person was packing the orders Matilda just stood at the counter taking orders.

Was in there on the Easter long weekend, it was the most disgusting place I’d ever walk into, 8 of us walk in no one in the place every table had food and rubbish on it, then spoke to the the foul mouth woman behind the counter if she could clean it up and told us she was to busy and no one in there. Then got the worst meal I’ve had from kfc then open my potato and gravy to find a hair in it. Rang them up and they said oh well. People please don’t bother. Ps if you’re going to have people with no teeth and a foul attitude on the front counter you might want to relook your staff.
