I have been getting takeaway biryani packs from here for a little while, not the best but decent flavour and close to home. But my last order of 2 mega pack biryani, lazy and ignorant kitchen staff couldn’t be bothered to take the labels out before they put biryani. When called next morning, staff apologies and said must be a mistake, if its was small label and on only one container, can be mistake. But label is bigger than A4 size and on both container of biryani, its just complete laziness and ignorance. They need to get rid of such staffs, as it only hurts their business.

Worst experience ever had . Had 2 incidents 1st time I ordered paneer 65 briyani i got veg briyani. Next day I talked them about my they said it was by mistake. 2 time I repeat my order I got chicken piece in my paneer briyani. I am vegetarian luckily I found that before I had that. Next morning I go to restaurant asked them what is this ? Staff didn’t accept it is chicken but when I called chef initially he refused and said it’s not paneer briyani it is chicken briyani. I didn’t get time to write my review so I am doing now.

First of all, who thinks it is Garlic naan or roti? We were regular customers for this restaurant but from the last 4 orders there was always some mistake. Food was replaced or filled the container in our next order. Now we are fed up with complaining. Selling rotis on naan price. Doesn’t matter if the restaurant uses electric or gas tandoor the appearance of the naan shouldn’t be changed. Not going there again.
