We’ve lived here for two years, drive past it weekly, and had no idea it was here. A real hidden gem in the region (management – consider upgrading your signage). Unexpectedly impressive atmosphere – beautiful outlook over the yacht harbour. Plenty of room, lots of tables, ample outdoor heating in winter, even a kids room and playground. Highly recommended.

Nice new upgrades to the pub, much more comfortable. The reason I gave service a 2 star (staff are actually very nice) is you can’t get food during busy times under a 45 minute wait. During peak times it’s always like that which is unfortunate. They clearly need either more kitchen staff or a bigger kitchen or a combination of both.

Always had great time eating in this tavern. Food was incredible as always – kudos to their chefs and servers. Always busy but worth the wait and view is beautiful too. Will always bring my family and friends here. My son also always enjoys the boats and playgroundoutside. Be back again soon.

Very disappointing. We frequent here most weekends as it is our local. Went today for our friend’s birthday lunch with close friends and birthday girl’s children. One had driven four hours to attend her birthday lunch. Out of the 10 people in attendance my friend’s (adult) children’s lunch never arrived. On waiting for almost two hours we followed up to be told the order had been missed and they were offered a refund as were told the food would take an hour and most of the party were ready to leave. I then approached the person who seemed to be in charge and asked for some compensation for my friend eg a voucher was told he needed to figure out what has happened. Well we clearly knew what had happened. Food ordered on line and paid for and was not delivered. Very bad customer service indeed.
