Decided to try this place now called catch 22. This was a really bad idea. Our battered fish was burnt & oily, the potato scallops were burnt on the outside with raw batter & raw potato inside, on the upside the calamari although a little over cooked was edible. This meal cost $30 of which 25 was thrown in the bin as inedible.

I can only imagine the owners don’t read the reviews, or just don’t care. Rubbery fish, overcooked in a batter that was burned. OK potato scallops ruined by burned, oily batter with hairs stuck to it. This food is inedible. Don’t bother darling.

Edible if you are starving. So so oily!! Chips tasted as if they were cooked in old oil. Barely salted. And the salad that was part of the package was literally a spoonful.

They let louts into the kitchen and eat paying customers food – and then forget to remake food for the paying customers. They also let the louts take paying customers food from the counter – literally watch them walk away and watch the paying customer try to ask for their food back to no avail. Absolutely ridiculous.

Potato scallops are extremely oily, grilled fish taste like wet soggy flour, the calamari is ok also taste bit like soggy flour bit chips are decent 6/10
