Came for lunch on a Friday, overall it was a surprisingly good experience. Lunch specials were $10.50, I had the Guinness pie which was good. Others ordered from the standard lunch menu and were happy with their choices. The $16 porterhouse steak was a winner, not only in price but also in quality. The staff were friendly and courteous. It’s definitely worth visiting.

We hadn’t been here since before covid and it used to be amazing. We got yelled at from one side of the bistro and pointed to the table, the nachos were like burnt chips with bolagnaise sauce and burnt cheese, we asked 2-3 times for sauce but it never came. Didn’t eat much of it as it was very inedible. Also got a parma and it was okay though

Went for dinner waited 40 mins to be told they forgot to put order in so they put a rush on it 10 mins later food came out was worst food ever ! Ordered stake chips and salad and the parmi chips and salad stake couldn’t be chewed was absolutely awful parmi was a love heart parmi from the supermarket ! Ordered a coke it never came out ! Couldn’t eat almost a full stake ! and the pork belly wasn’t cooked the parmi was dry and gross never ever again !!! legit a few hundred meters down the road and you have the best pub food in Geelong !!! Will never go anywhere for a pub meal again unless its sport and globe
