Fantastic little cafe, next the the road but surrounded by trees and heaps of seating. Lovely atmosphere and fantastic staff. Food looks lovely but I only had time for a coffee which was amazing.

Very nice and cozy little place you can take your Mrs to. At almost full capacity on a Sat morning, we waited less than 20 minutes for our food, which is excellent service! Food was good portion size is average. JOANS breakfast costs about $24.5 and is very nice. Mocca is nice and creamy, and the Portuguese tarts are good.

Rustic and cozy cafe near the Belair trails. It has a nice outdoor sitting area that allows you to enjoy nature while dining and a cute veggie garden. Pet friendly in the outdoor seating area. A variety of selection with pastries and sweet treats. Eggs benedict was cooked perfectly. Eggs were runny and hollandaise sauce was delicious. Pumpkin soup special was heart warming and perfect for winter. Beef cheek curry special was a big disappointment unfortunately. It was served with only 4 tiny pieces of beef cheeks in a bed of brown rice. Curry was tad bit sweet. Papadums were not as crispy.

Visited here a few days ago with my daughter, her boyfriend and my dog after a walk in the Belair National Park. Cosy, pet friendly place with outdoor seating. As we had a dog, we chose to sit outside. There are a couple of rooms inside where there were patrons seated. We had to go inside to place our order at the front counter. The service was swift and friendly. My daughter kept raving about the scones and the homemade jam it was served with. In fact, they ordered a second helping of the same. Greedy buggers The caffè latte I ordered was pretty standard but it did the job.

Really enjoyed our breakfast but the only problem was the knives aren’t good enough to cut through the rye. This is the second time it’s happened! Perhaps you should think about changing your cutlery. Other than that the food was delightful

Tonight we went for dinner for Mothers Day and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and left us very satisfied and very well priced. The Atmosphere was very welcoming and the table decorations were very pretty. A special mention to our Waiters Euan and Louis who were very friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout the whole evening! And compliments to the chefs as the food was very yummy…I would 100% recommend Joans Pantry for family dining.

LITERALLY AMAZIN. We got here an hour early just to wait for this cafe to open, because the food is SO worth the wait. Recommend this place so much if you’re after that satisfied feeling & comfort from a comfy environment and beautiful staff.
