Jila Gallery Cafe 6728

Social Profile:

Jila Gallery Cafe started life as a gallery in 2008 and quickly progressed into a coffee shop and then a restaurant. The name “Jila” is a traditional aboriginal name for a watering hole in this part of the Kimberley. We serve traditional Italian together with Asian fusion favourites. Pizza is another dish we pride ourselves on, the owner Mark having brought back his experience of pizza making from Southern Europe all made with very fresh ingredients and thin crusty dough bases with an Australian influence.

What a great little cafe. Great pizzas, awesome homemade deserts, but by far the best attraction in this family run business are the several street bikes that the owner rides and repairs (in the dining area no less), Which creates a Bloody fantastic atmosphere.

Feel so lucky to have this cafe so close to the caravan park. Great coffee, cake (even a gluten free option) and lovely service. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere was horrible. Pizzas were nice but the milkshakes were only half full and cost $8 each.

Mark & Rosa are amazing. Great hospitality, service and food. The coffee and hot chocolates were terrific and the spinach, feta and bacon tarts to die for. All home made!

Good coffee, but limited food available. There are no other choices in town.
