On Saturday 17th June 2023 my partner and I decided to go to Jacky Jones Fish and Chippery – Reservoir. My partner tried The Reaper burger and I ordered the Jacky Jones changed into a wrap. We wanted it in a meal with a Passionfruit Bundaberg, then we were charged 6.90 for chips separately on top of that with tomato and sweet chilli sauce. I didn’t want my egg, so we asked for it to put it on my partner’s burger, yet they charged it as an extra to be paid for again. We weren’t impressed with this despite the food being good. It’s kind of a disappointing experience to be charged for an item we already paid for. We would go back, but we would be very careful with the way we ordered before hand as it was our first time.

Always excellent service, always excellent food. Try the Alabama Burger, the crunch on the chicken breast is wicked. The salt and pepper calamari never disappoints and the double delux burger satisfies the big eaters. These guys do good and customer really well.

The food was amazing and so delicious! Bit of a wait for the food to be delivered, but it was well worth the wait. All their burgers tasted amazing and I tried their bestseller “The Alabama” and it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted. Food was fresh, hot and filling. Would definitely recommend people to try this place. Prices are pretty reasonable as well.

I come here consistently and am always blown away by the amazing service, and even better the delicious burgers! My favourite is the Alabama it is so yummy I find myself wanting to come back every day! The ingredients used are so flavourful and haven’t found a better fried chicken burger than right here. A friend suggested this place to me as its close to my university! Trust me after trying the burgers here I’m thinking of promoting my friend to my best friend ( jokes) . In all seriousness the burgers are to die for plus the staff is very friendly! I would recommend it to everyone . Keep it up guys !
