I have not had anything so bad the fish was so overcooked and the chips were cold and soggy. Very disappointing had better chips at the Women and children hospital. As a local I will certainly not recommend this place to anyone

Amazing takeaway for a very larger order! We rang through the order and everything was ready as we arrived. Good quality fish, great gluten free options clearly marked on each packet. Highly recommend.

I was excited to find a takeaway store with so many gluten free options, but unfortunately I was disappointed with my meal. The batter on the fish looked very blond and was completely tasteless and unenjoyable. The chips were extremely greasy and I struggled to get through them. I’ll get my chips elsewhere, they may be the only GF option at other stores but at least I’ll enjoy them!

Service was OK, asked for crumbed which was possible but seemed like an inconvenience. Family pack was crumbed but the extras of prawns n calamari were not .. calamari overcooked and rubbery. Crumbed fish overcooked, chips cooked ok potato fritters oily and inedible. Overall expensive badly cooked in old or dirty oil. Can’t recommend buying food from here unfortunately.

I’ve now had to change my review after my last experience unfortunately. After not being able to preorder over the phone as they weren’t answering, I had to go in to order. This is how I noticed all the unhygienic practices that are going on here. My burger was made with no gloves by one of the guys who I just watched touch X amount of different surfaces without washing them first before touching food. Only one of the guys had gloves on but he touched everything with those gloves also including the cash till and the phone to answer it ♀️ I also witnessed one of them cutting open boxes with the large kitchen knife used to cut food after all this I was also served a spring roll that was near black and left a thick layer of oil residue in my mouth. My daughter had a similar problem with hers a few days back. The oil is old in the fryers and desperately needs changing. The hamburgers are tasty but small for $12.5 and I wouldn’t bother now I know how they’re being made. The chips are also as dry as an old boot. Very disappointing
