Bought some chicken skewers. Chicken was hard and dry. Obviously been out all day. Asked for a replacement. They refused and said I was lying. What responsible food shop owner puts stale food out to sell and then says customers lying. Steer clear. Food poisoning is coming.

I ordered 2 X fresh salmon rolls. The roll was inedible. The salmon was chewy and had a horrid off taste. When I went to return the sushi I was met with rudeness with the staff member telling me I did t know what I was talking about and refusing me a refund. The sushi went straight in the bin. I will never return.

The servers have serious attitude problems, would ignore and give you arrogant looks if you ask any questions. The sushi rolls I purchased were soggy, tasted like they had been frozen and thawed. Nothing tasted fresh.

Great Sushi but I was disappointed that when I requested soy sauce poured from a bottle instead of in single use plastic fish the staff said that they only have fish. Lucky for me on leaving I saw bottles in their separate dining area, not sure why they didn’t tell me it was there.
