The best fast food option in grand Central. My daughter and I love sharing a bowl here and it’s always nice a fresh. Have only ever had friendly service and it’s well priced for the quality and variety.

Food is ok whereas it was spectacular three months ago. The portion sizes have progressively decreased, despite the price remaining constant. The attached pic is a LARGE sized meal, plenty of air! I note from the other low review ratings that the establishment makes plenty of undertakings to improve, but nothing seems to change. Sorry, I won’t be back and can’t recommend until standards improve.

Probably the worst service ever encountered. Simple dumpling order. 15 minutes pass, buzzer still hasn’t gone off. Ask staff. Get blank looks and mumbling. Buzzer goes off due to expiry. The didn’t put the order through! Get dumplings eventually and ask for the same dumpling sauce we always get. A few blank looks and more mumbling they advise they don’t do the dumpling sauce. I give up.

Stunningly delicious chicken options, beautiful yakisoba noodles and the BEST teriyaki. Love being able to totally personalize a bowl to your wants. Staff are also very efficient and pleasant. I eat here too often.

Yum yum and yum. The only reason I find to come into Grand Central is to come here and stuff my face with ramen and pork dumplings. The food is so delicious and made fresh. The staff members make you feel happy and are willing to adapt your order. There is always a smile when you visit. I will never not recommend this lovely place to anyone who wants excellent ramen.
