Check the photo! That is one sexy perfectly seared cut of T-Bone baby! Grillmasters behind the bar had their A game on this night! Had a few beers with dinner along with the rest of me Mates visiting from America. Love the beer battered fries (sorry chips!), sweet or regular potatoes they are a hit. Chose the garlic butter topper for my steak, had enough to top my steak and chips. Delicious! If only I could have gotten that cute chick waiting on her tinder date to show up it would’ve been a perfect night!

Excellent steaks. Arguably the best place for steak in town. Whatever cut you want , they probably have it. $35+ / steak and ~$60 for Waygu. This place arguably has better steak than both casino and A touch of salt.

Been to IMC a few times before and had always tried different types of steak the whole time and they were good. We had been adventurous the last visit and had gone with the 1kg steak each! The portion is Extremely huge! We end up having to do the take away =P. The Bake potatoe is really lovely and the string onions too! A highly recommended place whenever you want a steak dinner!

Outstanding selection of meat available at very reasonable prices. I had the 600g rump, medium. At almost an inch thick it was cooked to perfection, melt in the mouth tender with delicately rendered fat.

The best steak I’ve had in my life. So perfectly cooked, it was amazing. The blue cheese sauce was nice but could probably have been a stronger flavour. We sat outside which was nice but inside was very loud and hot apparently. People came out and sat at the table next to us. When they came out after being inside they were complaining about the noise etc.
