The black garlic ramen doesn’t taste and look like black garlic ramen. The pork is cold and the ramen tastes like it has been cooked and put in the kitchen for a long time. Even the soup is not hot enough. I don’t recommend the ramen here. The Okonomiyaki is fine and tastes good. But the pork in my friend’s don tastes like can food. The only food I recommend is the Okonomiyaki. Nothing more.

I had the Tonkatsu ramen. Extremely surprised at how quickly it came out. Felt as if I was at a fast food restaurant not a Japanese restaurant. The ramen broth was served warm not hot which was so disappointing. All the ramens I have had, this place was probably the worst! The noodles were soggy, pork charsu was cold, the egg was cold, everything was cold except the broth. You would expect a ramen bowel from a Japanese restaurant to be authentic. The ramen bowl here felt like instant noodles with some toppings being added. Honestly, please save your money and time to go somewhere else !!!

Nice atmosphere, pleasant decoration and attentive staff. I had the original ramen, which was light and nicely flavoured, although could’ve had a bit more of a flavour burst. Meat was well cooked though, and the noodles had a nice texture. Overall a great addition to the location, would recommend.

Tried to get a quick lunch during the boxing day, the reataurant was full and seems to me it is short of staff. Couldn’t get a table as a solution I ordered take away and when there was a free stoll i just got in. Not a good customer seevicw i would say. the taste dor the orice of average $17 dollar ahould be more tasty, and i think the size is to small for that price. I hope they can consider some improvement on the taste

To take order we have to go there and call them for 4 and 5 times, after the staff took the order food was on table in 5 min how come. We have been there to taste ramen noodle soup but it was not even warm; the soup should be hot on winter. Very bad experience not even soup; everything we order was just a little bit warm.
