Maybe it’s a record?… from the time we walked in the door to the time the dishes landed on our table .. less than 3 mins. Steaming hot noodles filled with generous servings of rare beef strips and traditional bean sprouts and Vietnamese herbs… quite delicious. I came here with a couple of friends and ordered my usual go-to dish at Vietnamese restaurants: a medium-sized beef and beef ball pho. Sadly, the soup wasn’t hot enough, just lukewarm. After adding bean sprouts, they remained uncooked, and the meat was still rare and didn’t cook in the soup.
