Located at a good spot about 1h drive from Mt Buller, so it is a good option for food coming down after skiing. Food is okay, sort of country pub type of. We ordered Garlic and Hawaiian pizzas, soup and Fish, didn’t expect too much.

For a pub fairly far off the beaten track it does well to keep up the quality. Normally you get recommended to go to a place like this and it’s overpriced and poor quality. This place meets the price point perfectly, great selection of wine and friendly staff to boot. I’d sooner eat here than anywhere in Mansfield proper. Plus you’re supporting the local economy!

Went for dinner, I had the Chicken Schnitzel with chips, salad and gravy. My partner had flathead tails with chips. We’ve been here before and the food is consistent. Good portions and well cooked. If you’re in the area give this place a try!

This pub was not an enjoyable experience for us – food was not worth $30 per person and the man serving us was sooo rude for no reason. They were understaffed which made everything chaotic! We felt like they didn’t want customers at their own pub, so disappointing. The meals took 1 hour to come out, and we’re not worth the price. Will not be going back here or recommending to anyone.
