Sad to say but their customer service has gone out of the window again. Was charged for extras and didn’t even receive the angry onions on the partners chicken burger or my angry whopper and was faced with sorry didn’t anyone tell you we were out of them? Gone were the days where people cared about their jobs.

The serving staff are wonderful but the service really is lacking. If you are chasing fast food do not go to this Hungry Jacks. At our last visit pulling up behind the car that was getting served at the speaker i proceeded to wait 10 minutes before my order was taken and a further 15 minutes to get our order. I would have left if it wasn’t for a car pulling in behind me.

So if you’re using their app I wouldn’t eat here. They don’t keep the menu availability up to date and nearly every time I go there, they tell me things I have ordered are unavailable and they can’t refund. Only way to get a refund is to go back via the app, and have it investigated that way. Last thing I need with my “convenient” food is a side of “admin tasks”. Dined in twice so far since they opened and have had a good experience on both occasions. The burgers were tasty and neatly made. The chips were hot and crispy and the soft drink wasn’t too diluted with water and ice. Didn’t have to wait long for the food and the staff were polite and apologetic on my second visit when I had to wait a few minutes during an extremely busy time of the day. The dining area was clean and the seating is good, the smaller tables have a lot of space between them so you don’t have to worry about being too close to other customers of you use the smaller tables. The self serve digital menus work really well and are responsive but are sometimes it is order. The drive through usually very congested so I would consider that before thinking about using it if you’re in a rush. Attention to detail of orders has been good, burgers ordered without pickles have been made correctly but just to test them out I adjusted my drink to have no ice but it still came with ice, not an issue but could maybe earn the last star by paying attention to little things like that. Hopefully they can maintain their current standards.

Terrible food….after a 15min wait, the egg on the breaky wrap was blown up from being microwaved too long, tasted disgusting and the hash brown was cold. No one seemed to care to much. Won’t be back anytime soon!!!
