After placing our order through the self service machine, I was left waiting 25 minutes before our order was ready. This was 11:40am and the place only had one other customer in there. After watching orders continue to fly out through an ’empty’ drive through (all new drive through orders got priority) I asked the staff how our order is going. All I got was 3 girls who were staring at the order screen, look at me then back at the screen. Not. a. word. Finally, like magic our order was given to us. Our drinks sat on the bench for 20 minutes, our chips and onion rings were stone cold and our drinks, now with melted ice, just weren’t enjoyable. A portion of our order sat on a cold stainless steel bench and the only communication we ever got from staff was that their soft serve (thick shake?) Machine was currently broken. Surprise surprise. I don’t know who owns this place but if it was me I’d be severely embarrassed as it’s leading down a very dangerous path.

My recent visit to Hungry Jack’s Wollert left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their extremely poor service. The experience was marred by a lengthy wait in the drive-thru and an ultimately futile attempt to order our desired items.

Friendly but very inexperienced in customer service. Food in store took 20 minutes to arrive even though no other store customers at my order time. Drive through is 100% attention and priority. Food looks great in pictures but absolute garbage in reality. Cold, over-cooked and reheated rubbish. Burgers in the pictures are better in the pictures, in reality, wouldn’t feed to starving dogs. I took 5 years to forget how bad it is. I will never return to any hungry jacks ever.

This must be the worst hungry jacks out there. The food is always cold, they never get a coffee order right. Went through today and there was multiple cars in front of me. I put my order through and waited. When I got to the window they handed me my coffees and I can guarantee you they had been sitting there for a while. My iced coffee had no ice left it was all watered down. Obviously they had been waiting on food for the other cars and so my coffees got made too early. The staff have no customer service at all. Sick of paying money to get bad food and bad service

Place looks like it has never been cleaned since they opened. The restroom looks like there’s new fungus growing from the sinks. Dining area floor went from light grey to dark grey from being neglected. This is the dirtiest and filthiest place i have ever been.

So i went to the drive through precisely at 9:35pm on 1/06/23. The girl at the drive through taking our order was so RUDE to us that i wish I could give ZERO stars for the service. She had the most rude tone ever. Literally the worst drive through service ever

Service is slow and disorganised. Most of the table have food crumbs on top and appear oily. I was literally the only one inside the store and still had to wait 5 minutes to be served. Granted there could be uber or takeaways but there was no communication

Unfortunately have to give a one-star review. I’ve tried this Hungry Jack’s multiple times and the food is often cold and of poor quality. And more often than not, there is food missing from the order. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Epping Hungry Jack’s on High St.
