My friendand i went out here a burger cost $15 and it was for a soggy bun raw chickenand one piece of tomato And we got another burger with a but taken out of itthere are pigions flying around andthe service was terrible they were so rude and it tasted so bad. i cant give hungry jacks a 0 star which i woukd but instead i had to make it a 1 ive never jas a worse experuence at Fast food chain be better. There are litterally chicken bones spread across the floor and pigeons stuck inside bags.

The food is nice however one of the staff at William street Perth cbd is very unprofessional. It maybe the building cleaner or hungry jacks staff who chased us to stop eating while we were in the middle of savouring our food around 10:06pm and 10:17. We were forced to vacant the long table as she had to clean the area ready for closing at 1030. If the area is meant to be closed at 10:30 she should’ve put a sign or put the chairs on top of the table so that customers can no longer use it. Instead the Asian lady forced us to stop eating instead and reprimanded to vacate the table immediately. Please address this concern for your Asian staff who is very rude and unprofessional. Shame for your customer service.

This was a bit of an eye opener on a Friday night. The staff were very good under the circumstances of lots of people waiting for orders. I was a bit confused with the ordering on the screen at the entry which asked for my name and then surname initial for my order but they were calling out my initial for both instead. After the initial confusion (no pun intended), we got the correct order and all was good. Tables were fairly clean and tidy considering the amount of people.
