I just got a stunner meal just for something quick to eat. I get home and finish my drink and open it when I nearly finished to find a light blonde hair I have dark hair I’m not trying to complain like a Karen but the staff should be wearing hair nets. I understand that young people are employed here but many times the hygiene hasn’t been up to standard.

Usually the young staff here are pretty good. Sadly, the young woman that was on drive-thru was a nightmare. I don’t usually expect to be sworn at by workers, especially since I had been civil to her even though her mistake had poured a drink on me, but apparently that doesn’t even rate a sorry. The manager was great but should not have to explain to staff that expletives should not be used towards customers.

Asked by the drive thru staff thre times to repeat the order. If they can’t hear pump up the volume so they can hear and not asked 3 or more times to repeat the orderand then make you wait 20 minutes for your order in the waiting bay. Won’t be back ever
