I got Uber eats and opened the food bag to it being semi well packed which I was pleased about however when I opened my drink bag it was atrocious.. I order a thick shake and 2 fantas and somehow there is coke all over the thick shake lid, liquid all down the side and it’s also on a slant. Why couldn’t you just change the lid, is it that difficult to pick a different lid? The orders take forever to pack and are sat at the restaurant/being made for over 40 minutes, I don’t mind the wait if my order is well done with no issues but this wait is every time I order and to have been delivered something that looks so rushed is disappointing. At the end of it, it’s cold. On a positive note the food is still good from hungry Jack’s, you’re better off going in store and buying it yourself from the specific restaurant, might even be quicker ♀️ .

The restaurant was very clean and we did not have to wait to order. The meal came quite quickly and presented ok but the value for money was deplorable. Onion rings recipe need a review too.

Just had the WORST customer service experience of my life. Ordered a breakfast wrap with NO BACON. The wrap arrived with bacon on it, but I didn’t not realise until was 20 minutes away from the restaurant and had eaten 3 bites and could taste the bacon. As a Muslim and a vegetarian i immediately spat it out. I want back to the restaurant to complain and ask for a refund. I was told by the pimply faced manager that there was “nothing they could do”??!!! Can you imagine ever being told by a fast food chain that there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO?!! They didn’t even try to offer a refund or coupon for their mistake. How pathetic !! Disgusting customer service from a multi national food chain. Disgraceful experience.

Quite good modern interior with nice amenities. Food was made fresh and the staff were very nice although it’s busy with them juggling the drive through and counter. Overall a pleasant experience, but there’s not much space to sit inside, it’s more of a take away restaurant.

What an amazing experience. As far as I could tell the staff just ran around yelling GET BURGERS and throwing pans on the floor. I got so into it i forgot to order food and left hungry after watching a bloke rip the doors off every toilet stall. Must see for the whole family

There have been quite a few times that they have forgotten things that I’ve ordered. I’m always checking to make sure everything is in there before I leave. Lovely staff, usually fairly quiet, but I think they need to pay more attention on their orders and making sure that the customers get everything they ordered.

Came on my lunch break not knowing that I would be served raw chicken. As soon as I bit in to the burger it tasted a bit funky and had a very strange texture. Upon further inspection I noticed that the filet was in fact raw. I’m not eating fast food for a while!!!!
