The team service was fantastic I went on Thursday night about 6:37 to 7:00 and the team there were fabulous very caring and supportive and they knew their products. There was one grumpy customer that came in as soon as she came in she started saying I want this I want that make sure you do this make sure you do that and yelling and the girl that was serving her was just really calm and listen to her and said the appropriate things in the end she just stopped complaining walked back and waited for her meal and then came up and started complaining again when they were packing it and checking that she had enough chips and everything was just perfect she couldn’t complain anymore about the service that they gave her.

Ordered angry whooper burger but only got whopper cheese with jalapeños and no sign of crispy jalapeños at all which is what makes it good, absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed. To add on to that they cook vegan burgers with the same oil as nuggets 😉

Definitely not the best hungry jacks. I went in to pick up an order I placed online at 11am, no other customers in there at the time and drive-thru was very quiet. I showed the girl my order and she said it will be ready soon, staff were no where to be seen for a few minutes then 2 girls came out, 1 filling up burger ingredients and the other walking around looking lost. 15 minutes later I asked politely, how much longer the wait would be as it has been a while and she said she will get it sorted for me. Then a few staff came out and the restaurant had more customers coming in, none of them had been served, after 5 minutes 1 couple walked out, then a lady served the other customers, after a further 15 minutes my order was finally ready. Every time we’ve been to this Hungry Jacks they have lacked customer service and the wait time has been ridiculous. The food we had no issues with once it was ready, but definitely not worth the over 30 minute wait. Hopefully this changes in future and customer service improves.

This was an absolute disaster!!! Ordered the new Pop’n Chick’n 20 pack, $5.95. When they gave me my take away order I was shocked at how tiny the bag was. I clarified with the staff that this was it, they said yes. I was horrified at how small portion it was for $5.95!!! And I let them know what a rip-off it was.

Very disappointing, ate the meal and half way through a piece of hair was hanging between my mouth and the burger. Please make sure staff hair are tied back, I don’t want anyone else eating hair or swallowing them. Always make sure to check your food before you eat it!
