This McDonald’s is located in the food court upstairs. I was served by helpful staff who apologised for the order taking a few minutes long. I thought they just had good training in customer service as it’s essential to have good manners with customers. Unfortunately, it’s not a skill everyone in the hospitality industry has.

At about 5,45 pm on Thursday 15 th June my wife and I had dinner ar Mc Donald’s Penrith Plaza food court. The food was hot in fact everthing was hot staff Excellent as was the Manager this store is a credit to Mc Donald’s Company My wife and I would recommend this store to any one who like good hot food.

Yesterday I went to get the $2.50 chicken bites for my 2 year old & my number was 119. I waited 3 minutes and 119 came up, I walked towards the counter and then the number went off the screen. I did see them hand a bag to the man that was served before me. So after a few minutes I walked towards the counter and asked where’s 119, its chicken bites? The manager said that man said it was his. So she called out to him and he gave her back the bag, she then gave it to me. I looked at her and said I don’t want that I want a new one, she said he didn’t open it, I said I don’t care, I want a fresh one. She said ok and turned and less then a minute she turned and gave me the exact bag she got back from the man. I opened it felt it, it was cold, knew what she did, I called out to her that I wanted hot chicken bites. Rude much Mc Donalds? Ewww that’s just gross! And the man did look into the bag because I saw him and so did my sister. Wonder what else they do?
