Horrible horrible. Forgot about my order after they parked me in the waiting bay telling me it’ll be 10 minutes. 45mins later still no food, go inside to ask and the place was a complete mess. Definitely needs new management/higher restaurant staff. The poor crew people had no help from higher staff.

I ordered thorough Menulog. The time was quick as I live about 5 minutes away. However the burger was like the used an old burger and scraped off ingredients- hardly any tomato, onion or lettuce. Overloaded with mayo the top bun didn’t match the wrinkled soggy bottom bun. The burger felt recycled and also missing cheese.The chips were not generous with both burger and chips being warm-cold. The ice cream had started to melt since they were kept in the same bag as the food. Also, one of the serviettes where the burger was dirty or had a spot. Ewww.

I went through drive thru with a simple order. Waited 15 mins while other cars were getting their meals and driving off. Once my meal was brought out to me, they had forgotten one of the items. Once I got that I drove off only to find that the food was already cold. I didn’t have time to go back as I needed to get back to work.

Every time I order from here there is a problem: rude or slow service, not enough sauce on burgers (when I request and pay for more), and several times I’ve ordered chicken nuggets and not received sauce. Three times now when going through Drive-Thru, I’ve ordered a caramel thickshake, and then at the window they’ve given me a caramel sundae… why? Look at this Big Jack I received the other day… no sesame seeds on the top bun, the middle bun appears to actually be a bottom bun, barely any sauce, and the patties look small and sad.
