First time visit, as soon as I walked in, there was food all over the tables (crumbs and rubbish left), black dirty footprints all over the white bench seats from local children visiting the store, This discouraged me to want to go back or even sit down to enjoy my meal. The service and food were fine and can not be a fault, and there were no issues with the smooth and easy process with ordering. However, the type of customer that uses that store and how dirty they make it is not my cup of tea to take my family to. My suggestion is to use the drive-through for a treat instead of sitting inside.

Food was great however customer service was horrible. I had to repeat my order 3 times (all I got was a bbq cheeseburger), explained to the staff that the order box or there headsets need to be fixed due to the miscommunication and all I got back was bad attitude. Maybe I’ll order through delivery services next time so I don’t have to deal with this bad customer service.

Wish I could do 0 stars.. I decided to go here again and try their food, didn’t even have what I wanted so I just got a chocolate icecream Sunday for almost $4 and I got half the cup of ice cream.. if you guys wanted to give such little ice cream make the cup smaller so you use less plastic or just don’t sell it.. very disappointed and not coming here and using my money ever again..

It was pouring down. Ordered via app. Super looooong wait for food (sitting in the carpark waiting for them to bring the food out). Received the ‘share chips’ only to find you get half a box if that, though they were at least hot. Asked for no salt, however it was salted. The burgers (all of them) were cold. Drinks had ice although it was requested to have none. Disappointed is an understatement. No meeting the ‘usual minimum standard’ from this store – a warm-ish burger and a full pack of cold chips is minimum standard right?

Been to this store three times now and the food is consistently bad. Burgers are missing ingredients such as sauce, pickles and onion!!! nothing important just all the good bits i paid for. seems like throwing a mountain of lettuce on incomplete burgers is store policy.

My husband and I had lunch yesterday here. Unfortunately the chicken patty burger was so rubbery I couldn’t eat it. The new Mississippi chicken burger was nice though, so I ate some of my husbands. Nice to see they’ve now put in ordering screens to self serve, but a bit confusing when it came to adding salt! we double dosed our onion ring’s ♀️

We took the kids they had the $5 small burger meal. My youngest 6yo is 24kg complained that the meal was too small. Wife and i had the medium chicken royal meal. Not sure if 4 bites is royal but that was it. Call it inflation or whatever but until you cough up $15 ish per head your going to leave hungry. Hmm Hungry Jacks.. lol Macas etc all the same. Hungry fast food… Dont bother with the small – medium unless your just after a top up. The staff totaly cool and restaurant clean zero issues there.
