Ordered online – absolutely disgusting . Ordered a large double whopper meal with extra onion and received a normal one , with nothing but old pickles and lettuce. No extra onions that I paid for , no cheese and no tomatoes And oh not to forget less then half a cup of chips . This is the worst store in Brisbane . The girls behind the counter are so lazy and I have always had problems with their service . You ask for extra onion and it’s the end of the world for them .

I was getting food for my client with a disability. My client enjoys the BBQ cheeseburgers without any meat on it. When I ordered this, the burger came out with meat on it. So I went back in and just explained that just need a bbq burger with no meat on it. Literally 5 people were so confused on what I meant. Finally, someone made the burger and said ‘that is the weirdest thing ever’ which yeah I get it can be weird to some people, but my client doesn’t need his opinion. When we opened the burger, it was literally just the bun and a unmelted slice of cheese, no sauce or pickle or anything, which upset my client which then I had to deal with. It appears these people are incapable of the simplest things.

Staff lack attention to detail, Went through drive thru, I was directed to park out the front, then the staff member offered my order to someone else, then when the staff were corrected by the other person, the staff member didn’t know what I had ordered, when I got home they had shafted my order anyway. STAFF NEED TO BE RETRAINED at this store.

The whole place is dirty staff standing around watching us wipe down the tables ourselves. Manager was less than helpful when we asked for help when eftpos on self serve machine wasn’t working.

I ordered online as I am vegan and it’s a lot easier, my order is usually no tomato, no onion and no tomato sauce but replace the tomato sauce with bbq sauce. Tonight I received a burger but with the tomato and onion still on and my sauce replaced with spicy mayo sauce which is not what I ordered at all. I don’t like spicy things so the fact that no one told me or no one checked to make sure it was the right order is ridiculous. Lucky enough I spoke to a lovely girl on the phone and she apologised but honestly I’m starting to hate repeating myself.

came through the dt at around 3:55 and the girl at the present window was so rude to my sister and i even though we were nice to her. she also gave us our drinks without straws. she was just overall rude and definitely should not be working in customer service with an attitude like that. she was more interested in telling her coworker that she hated delivery than telling customers to have a nice day when they patiently wait for rude service and stingy ice cream
