The food at this establishment is hit and miss. I have had visits where the burgers look like the pictures on the menu and taste fresh. I have also had visits where the burger contents are loosely tossed in the direction of the bun and held together by the container they are in. This is an easy option for a quick bite and the eating areas are usually quite clean.

Typically Hungry Jack’s is fast food you can rely on. Not this evening. I never had a salty, ugly burger like in Launceston. Additionally, the tomato sauce was everywhere but not on the burger. Disgusting. Additionally, I wondered about the working style of the employees. Pretty relaxed, and had everything else in mind than work.

No Angus beef burgers, no grilled chicken burgers. For $10 I was presented with a squashed bun some mayo, shredded lettuce and a piece of dry deep fried chicken. It was inedible. The staff refunded me without a fuss and an apology. What a disappointing experience. I have eaten Burger King in Indonesia and was very happy. I was too shocked with my $10 purchase to take a photo.

One of the worst meals I have ever ordered. the wait time, the service and overall experience was absolutely terrible. they couldn’t fulfil the order so they swapped out a lesser priced item than what we paid for and offered no compensation. The burgers were flat, full of sauce and no meat, substance or flavour to them. $56 wasted, will never order from here again.

pulled up on a lovely thursday night with my maiden ordered an abundance of food and received nothing short of perfection. The customer service was excellent made me really enjoy coming to hungry jacks. Food was very good perfect servings of all toppings and chips were cooked very well. I hope all staff working this night succeed and prosper in any future endeavours and god bless their families.
