No ice! That’s fine, but at least the drinks can be cold… they weren’t. Warm Sprite and coke… not good! At least the burgers were half decent, and they didn’t stuff that up. The fries were hot and fresh.

Drinks delivered spilled all in the bag, missing items and a second time my son didn’t receive his kids meal toy. Gave the restraunt a call only to be told that it’s not their fault to call menu log which they then couldn’t provide a number for and I didn’t have one as I ordered through the hungry jacks website. Very disappointed in this service.

I was very disappointed to find that Jacks Fried Boneless Chicken is nothing like the print or television advertising. The serving I got as a take away on 13 April was only a chicken schnitzel. It did not have a flaky or crunchy layer on the outside as depicted in advertising. I believe this is false advertising.
